The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure (CHD) of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race has just completed the first of five days of incredible revelations and testimonies from highly credible witnesses including military personnel, government figures, astronauts, scientists, researchers and citizens. The motto of the Citizen’s Hearing Congress, currently taking place in Washington DC, is ‘If the Congress won’t do its’ job, the people will’.
